Zoom Fit is a connected fitness concept consisting of two main parts: anaerobic cardio (Zoom 7) and full body strength training (Fit 8). Both parts can be completed in just 15 minutes each. Zoom Fit is effective and safe for all ages and fitness levels. Once members get boarded on each piece of equipment, they just swipe their wristband and each machine automatically adjusts to their personal settings. The guided workouts are scientifically designed to ensure that each exercise is performed correctly.
